If no issues exist with available quantity, all new orders will ship as soon as possible.

Please be aware that during this period of increased order volume we expect continued delays in shipping, phone response times and email correspondence. We are doing everything we can to accommodate as many customers as possible. If there is an issue with your order we will make every attempt to contact you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1.) ORDER CONFIRMATION: I never received an order confirmation email for my order. Did you provide a valid email address at checkout? If you did not include your email address at checkout you will not receive a confirmation email. Have you checked your SPAM folder? Our order confirmations are sent from sales@robertrtg.com. To ensure our emails continue to reach your inbox, please add our email address to your address book.

2.) INVENTORY: We do not have the ability to provide LIVE updates to inventory. We are updating the website to the best of our ability as our stock situations change. If you are unsure click "reload/refresh" on your browser to ensure you are keeping up with the latest updates.

3.) ORDER STATUS: If you are emailing or calling to check the status of your order, no status updates are available. Orders will go out as fast as possible. If there is an issue with your order you will be contacted as soon as possible (assuming you included your email address with your order).

4.) MY CARD HASN'T BEEN CHARGED: When you click "submit" to place your order no action is taken on your credit card at that time. All of our credit card processing is done when we are ready to ship. In order to avoid potential processing issues please double check that all credit card information (card number, expiration date and security code) are correct before hitting submit.

5.) I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER FROM BEFORE YOU CLOSED: We have hundreds of orders where expired, declined or invalid credit card information was provided at checkout. If your credit card was never charged and the merchandise is still listed as "in stock" then the fastest way to get your items is to place a new order. Please double check that all credit card information (card number, expiration date and security code) are correct before hitting submit.

6.) FUTURE SHOPPING CART CLOSURES: Any future closures will be directly related to the volume of orders received. We are a small, family owned and operated company and we are doing everything we can to get orders out as quickly as possible with minimal disruptions to our customers. We will not allow ourselves to fall 21 days behind on orders again. If we suspect that our shipping times might exceed 7-10 days in length then it is possible we will again be forced to suspend orders.
