Shipping Restrictions

By placing an order with RTG Parts, LLC you affirm that no applicable local, state or federal laws prohibit you from purchasing any item contained in your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website are not restricted or prohibited by law in the state or jurisdiction in which you reside.


It generally takes one to three business days (Monday-Friday) to process your shipment. Certain items which require special preparation for shipment or customization may require a longer processing time.

Orders will ship directly from our warehouse in Wyoming therefore, this is the 'ship from' address that all our shipping rates will be calculated from.

Once you have completed the checkout process, your order will be submitted to the warehouse to be pulled, packaged, and shipped. Please note that our business operates Monday-Friday.  If your order was placed after 4:00PM CST on a Friday, a Holiday, or over the weekend, the item will be processed the following business day.  We try to get your orders shipped within 24 hours from the time you place your order (during business days), however, most orders will require from 24-72 hours to process and ship.  During the Holiday Season, process and shipping times may increase slightly.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights above 0.6 oz will be rounded up to the next full pound. Weights of 0.6 oz and below generally qualify for USPS First Class Mail unless the product is specifically restricted by the carrier.

To estimate delivery time, please consider the following:

1.) The processing time of the order; generally one to three business days (Monday-Friday)
2.) The actual delivery time of the specified carrier. Packages will ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. Actual delivery times for individual carriers do vary.

If you provide a valid e-mail address at checkout you will receive a shipping confirmation when your package ships.

International Orders

We ship only within the domestic U.S.

We do not ship internationally or to any APO or FPO addresses. The reason we only ship domestically is due in part to the many restrictions on shipping our products to international destinations.

Merchandise Returns

We understand that due to the nature of the surplus parts industry our customers may occasionally order the wrong part. Please read and agree to the following terms before placing your order:

1.) Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization. Failure to obtain a return authorization in advance will result in your package being returned to sender.

2.) Submit your request for return authorization by E-MAIL no later than 21 days from date of delivery. Upon receipt of your written request we will send a return authorization along with return shipping instructions.

3.) ALL returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

4.) Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5.) Customers agree to pay all shipping charges and accept all risk of loss for any returned products. RTG Parts, LLC will not reimburse the shipping cost of a returned product.

6.) If an incorrect part is shipped we will exchange the item at no expense.

7.) If an order is incomplete, the missing item(s) will be shipped at no additional charge.

8.) Any product modified or damaged by the purchaser will not be accepted for return and no refund will be issued.

9.) Product specific return policies apply for the following products:

a.) New Items: Items sold as new must be returned as new. Items must be received in their original, unopened packaging. No merchandise which has been removed from its original packaging or installed will be accepted for return. No stickers or shipping labels may be placed on the original manufacturer’s packaging.

b.) As-Is Items: Some of our products are sold in "as is” condition. All items sold "as is” will be clearly identified in the product description. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on "as-is” products.

c.) Parts Kits: NO parts kit will ever include an intact receiver. Guns are typically Demilled overseas thousands at a time. Given the inexact nature of the process, parts kits may occasionally be missing small parts such as pins, screws or springs which can be lost or broken during Demill. We do make every attempt to ensure each parts kit is as complete as possible; however all parts kits are sold "as is". Any missing or broken part(s) may be purchased from our website or other vendors. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on parts kits.

d.) Literature: Please take care in purchasing the correct literature. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on any books, manuals, DVD’s, print magazines, brochures or any other printed material.

e.) Tools: Please take care in purchasing the correct tools. For obvious reasons no returns or exchanges will be accepted on any tools.

Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange an item for another item of equal or greater value in our current inventory the restocking fee may be waived. Please contact us by E-MAIL for complete exchange instructions. We do charge additional shipping fees to send the replacement item.


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to open and process your return once received (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Order Status:


Buyer has completed order and payment has been received.


Your order has been processed and sent to the warehouse for pulling packaging.


Your order has been delivered to the shipping vender and a tracking number issued. It may take several hours after your package has reached this stage before the tracking number provided is active and can be used to check status of the delivery.
