Dutch small magazine pouch with dual alice clips. Not sure what type of mag this held but it measures: 4.3 x 3.9 x 1.5 Inch. Holds a 20rd AR magazine but looks like it originally held a 10rd or 15rd .308 magazine.
Light weight with dual clips on the back for mounting to most belts or web gear.
Conditions range from surplus good to excellent.
