This website is owned and operated by RTG Parts, LLC. The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website. By using/visiting this website, you signify your agreement to these terms and conditions in full. By accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following Terms and Conditions as stated in this policy (hereafter referred to as 'User Agreement'), along with the terms and conditions as stated in our Privacy Policy (please refer to the Privacy Policy section below for more information). Should you disagree with any portion of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use this website.

This agreement is in effect as of December 24, 2013.

RTG Parts, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice or obligation.. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified Terms and Conditions.

It is the customer's responsibility to know the laws in his or her jurisdiction prior to purchasing RTG Parts LLC products.

RTG Parts LLC shall have no liability to any customer due to the customer’s intentional or unintentional violation of federal, state, or local law. Neither RTG Parts LLC, nor any of its affiliates, licensors, partners, managers, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, or other agents shall have any liability to any user or their principals or agents for any damages, whether general, special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, including any lost profits or lost savings, whether or not foreseeable and whether based on contract, tort, common law, or any other theory of liability, statute, or regulations.

As a customer, purchaser, or end user of our products, you expressly acknowledge and agree that RTG Parts LLC is providing access to this information in reliance on the disclaimers and limitations set forth herein, and you further acknowledge and agree that such limitations are reasonable. In no event shall RTG Parts LLC liability to you exceed the actual price you paid for the product obtained from us.

Furthermore, by placing an order with us, you represent that all products purchased will be used in a lawful manner and you are of a legal age, and where applicable, a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of the U.S., to acquire or use such products.

 

RTG Parts is not responsible:

  • For any damages loss, cost, or damage of any kind arising from the misuse of our products or physical harm caused by our products to anyone or anything. This responsibility is entirely yours, as the buyer.
  • For any claims that may arise as a result of, whether whole or in part, improper or careless handling in the use of our products, unauthorized modifications, use of improper ammunition (wrong caliber, defective, hand loaded, or reloaded cartridges), abuse, neglect, corrosion, or other influences beyond our immediate and direct control.
  • In any manner whatsoever for injury, death, or damage to property as a result of the intentional or accidental discharge of any firearm, or from its proper function when the firearm is used for purposes for which it was not designed.
  • For incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of use of property, loss of earnings, or profits, or any other commercial or residential loss.

Product Availability
To the best of our ability, all products listed on our website are in stock and ready for immediate delivery unless specifically marked as out of stock on an individual product page. We do not accept backorders for items listed as out of stock. In rare instances we may take your order and then discover that the product is not available for immediate shipping. Should some unforeseen occurrence delay your order you will be contacted immediately with more information so long as you provided your contact information such as your e-mail address or phone number. RTG Parts may occasionally inadvertently over-sell an item. In that event, we will contact you and offer a full refund or an alternate part if it is avialalble.


Minimum Order
We have no minimum dollar amount on any order. You may order as many or as few items as you need. Please keep in mind that we do have a $6.99 minimum shipping charge that applies to all order regardless of size.

Funds by Mail:
If sending funds by mail we accept certified funds such as Money Order or Cashier's Check. 

For orders sent by mail you must call or e-mail for an order total, to include shipping, prior to sending funds. Please include a list of ordered parts along with your shipping address. If you would like to receive tracking or delivery confirmation please include your e-mail address with your order.

Sales Tax
Applicable taxes will be charged on all orders with a Wyoming shipping address. Wyoming businesses making purchases with the intent to resell, who wish to exclude sales tax from their order, must submit (via e-mail) a copy of their Wyoming Transaction Privilege Tax License prior to placing their order. No refunds of sales taxes will be given upon completion of the purchase. Residents of states other than Wyoming take full responsibility for any possible sales or use taxes incurred when ordering from RTG Parts LLC.


Risk of Loss
Risk of loss shall pass to the Buyer when the goods are placed in the possession of a common carrier. Claims against the carrier shall be the responsibility of the Buyer.


Order Acceptance
The receipt of an order number or an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. All billing information provided must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information may result in order cancellation. Prior to accepting an order, we may also request additional information from you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information. 

Order Cancellation
An order placed with RTG Parts may be cancelled by the customer prior to being shipped. Orders that have shipped may not be cancelled. For shipped orders, the customer must follow all rules applicable to returns. Please note that the return of the item/package will be at the customer's expense.


Pending Orders:  Orders still in a pending status may be cancelled in full by the customer.
Processed Orders:  Processed orders may be cancelled, less a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the order total.

Surplus Part Grading Descriptions:

Surplus parts grading is geared towards mechanical and functional conditions as opposed to cosmetic condition. Obviously a new Weatherby purchased at your local sporting goods store will be graded differently than a MG42 made during WWII.

Our surplus parts are graded according to the following category descriptions:

  1. UNISSUED: Parts are free of wear and tear associated with being issued, but are often decades old which mean they may show handling or storage wear marks from long term storage.
  2. LIKE NEW: Parts may be slightly used but show no obvious wear and are still in perfect condition.
  3. EXCELLENT: Parts are used but well maintained; may show minor wear and tear but no loss of function or quality. Only light finish wear, no material loss.
  4. VERY GOOD: Parts in very-good condition will show some finish wear on working surfaces. Parts have minimal or no corrosion. Metal could have minor dents and scratches. Wood may have minor dents or scratches, but is not cracked and is stable.
  5. GOOD: Parts in working condition but finish may be worn from sustained use or carry. Noticeable wear on working surfaces. Light surface corrosion possible but no deep pitting. These parts are ready for use but might require some TLC to look their best.
  6. FAIR: Parts work but minor adjustment may be needed. Finish will be well-worn or nonexistent. Metal deeply pitted or wood badly scratched.

Parts Kits

There is always a possibility that a pin, spring or other small part is broken or lost during the demill process. This is something that occasionally happens when a military cuts up guns. Even beautiful guns. We do not warranty such issues. All parts kits are as-is.

 

Responsible Use and Conduct
By visiting our website and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide for you, either directly or indirectly (hereafter referred to as 'Resources'), you agree to use these Resources only for the purposes intended as permitted by (a) the terms of this User Agreement, and (b) applicable laws, regulations and generally accepted online practices or guidelines.

Wherein, you understand that:

  1. In order to access our Resources, you may be required to provide certain information about yourself (such as identification, contact details, etc.) as part of the registration process, or as part of your ability to use the Resources. You agree that any information you provide will always be accurate, correct, and up to date.

  4. Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Resources, including the servers and/or networks to which our Resources are located or connected, is strictly prohibited.
  5. Attempting to copy, duplicate, reproduce, sell, trade, or resell our Resources is strictly prohibited.
  6. You are solely responsible any consequences, losses, or damages that we may directly or indirectly incur or suffer due to any unauthorized activities conducted by you, as explained above, and may incur criminal or civil liability.
  7. We may provide various open communication tools on our website, such as blog comments, blog posts, public chat, forums, message boards, newsgroups, product ratings and reviews, various social media services, etc. You understand that generally we do not pre-screen or monitor the content posted by users of these various communication tools, which means that if you choose to use these tools to submit any type of content to our website, then it is your personal responsibility to use these tools in a responsible and ethical manner. By posting information or otherwise using any open communication tools as mentioned, you agree that you will not upload, post, share, or otherwise distribute any content that:

We have the right at our sole discretion to remove any content that, we feel in our judgment does not comply with this User Agreement, along with any content that we feel is otherwise offensive, harmful, objectionable, inaccurate, or violates any 3rd party copyrights or trademarks. We are not responsible for any delay or failure in removing such content. If you post content that we choose to remove, you hereby consent to such removal, and consent to waive any claim against us.
  9. We do not assume any liability for any content posted by you or any other 3rd party users of our website. However, any content posted by you using any open communication tools on our website, provided that it doesn't violate or infringe on any 3rd party copyrights or trademarks, becomes the property of RTG Parts, LLC, and as such, gives us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, publicly display and/or distribute as we see fit. This only refers and applies to content posted via open communication tools as described, and does not refer to information that is provided as part of the registration process, necessary in order to use our Resources. All information provided as part of our registration process is covered by our privacy policy.
  10. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RTG Parts, LLC and its parent company and affiliates, and their directors, officers, managers, employees, donors, agents, and licensors, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this User Agreement or the failure to fulfill any obligations relating to your account incurred by you or any other person using your account. We reserve the right to take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this User Agreement. In such event, you shall provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by us.

Earning and maintaining your trust is of the utmost importance to us at RTG Parts, LLC. We are committed to protecting your privacy which is why we've created a separate Privacy Policy in order to explain in detail how we collect, manage, process, secure, and store your private information. In Summary, we do not rent, sell, or share ANY customer information, including your e-mail address, with third parties under any circumstances. Any information we request is used solely to provide our services to you. The information we gather is used to fill your order, send you requested information, or contact you regarding your order. We will always try to contact you by e-mail if we have a question about an order you placed. If we are unable to reach you by e-mail, we may also try to contact you by phone.

Limitation of Warranties

By using our website, you understand and agree that all Resources we provide are "as is" and "as available". This means that we do not represent or warrant to you that:
