Surplus Hensoldt Model 1 HKG3 scope that has seen some use while it served the Bundeswehr. This particular scope was made by Karl Kaps of Asslar/Wetzler. Hensoldt and Karl Kaps were both awarded the Bundeswehr G3 optic contract and in typical fashion, the two firms quickly merged so they could charge the Bundeswehr more money on future contracts. The new Firm became Hensoldt Wetzlar
Sight picture is clear with minor flecs. Mount is original HK and it could use a good cleaning. Overall good condition and appears to be in great working order.
