Blindpatrone Hinten. Translates to Rear Blind Cartridge. Unknown item from HK Germany. Not sure what assembly or weapon this was used in. We imported these with a huge lot of HK11/HK21/21E/23E parts and accessories.
Looks to be part of a 7.62 follower or cartridge roller assembly. Made of aluminum and is correctly sized to a rear half of a 7.62x51mm cartridge
