NFA Sales Terms

Given the rapidly changing NFA landscape, we're keeping this page short and sweet for the time being.

Suppressor, SBRs, and SBSs: These items can only be shipped to an FFL/SOT. We must receive a copy of your transferring dealer's FFL and SOT prior to processing the transfer.

SOT Dealers in Free States:  You have two options. We can ship the firearm as a pistol via 2-day air, or we can submit an ATF Form 3 and ship once the transfer is approved. Your choice, as long as your dealer approves.

SOT Dealers in Restricted States:  Once payment and your dealer's FFL/SOT documentation have been received, we will submit an ATF Form 3. The firearm will ship via 2-day service once the transfer is approved.
