The MP4 is a copy of the U.S. M17 gas mask and is a lightweight and comfortable mask. Specially designed for extended use with superior comfort, secure fit, and low breathing resistance. The MP4 mask's main purpose is to protect from nuclear, biological, and chemical agents.
It does not use the same 40mm filter as most earlier masks. Instead it uses a pair of asbestos free filters on the left and right side of the mask and has a speaking port on the front of the mask. (We have extra filters in stock, while supplies last.)
The bigger eye sockets allow for the mask to provide clear visibility, ideal for being worn during long periods of time. It also contains a drinking tube allowing for fluids to be consumed while using the mask.
The adjustable rubber straps are specially designed for comfort and extended use. This protective gas mask causes minimal interference with physical activities.
