Absolutely perfect fit on an early 80's Colt SP1. Solid closure and no rattle.

Very good piece if you have an older Colt you'd like to add a more modern upper to. Find someone else who makes one of these and I'll send you a quarter. Mine is more black then gray but that is NOT an issue. The tolerances are extremely tight. I assume to account for the possibility of being used on lowers that have been used extensively over the years. I'm VERY happy with that. Nothings worse than a floppy Colt! I got my order in exactly 7 days. In today's world that is amazing. Thanks to RTG. I'll be ordering more in the future.

Fit and finish was top notch. Gave my Colt SP1 a huge upgrade. Dont have to deal with conversion pin loss anxiety. I run my rifles hard and have had a few close calls with loose conversion pins. But, not any more 😀
