East German military, multi-weapon optical sighting system. This pre-computer, cold war relic is a depot level tool kit consisting of two large wood crates holding a series of fixtures, lights, weapon specific sighting cards and electronics that allowed a depot to sight in most Soviet weapons without test firing.
I purchased this kit in Germany over 20 years ago. Only such kit I have ever seen. One of the most sophisticated small arms tool kits made by the Soviet Union.
