Polish military issue, Desert Camo Flak Vest with two strike plates. This is a really nice set that is easy to put on a cinch tight without assistance. Well thought out kit with removable groin pad and lots of pockets.

Main front pockets include two dual mag pouches that fit AK 30rd or AR 30rd mags. Slightly larger radio pocket to their side can also be used as a dual mag pouch. In total you can comfortably wear 6 extra AK mags.

Also has several other pouches for knife, grenade and more.

Size Large.
European clothing tends to run a size smaller than the U.S. so consider moving up one size!  That said, I wear a US XL T-Shirt and comfortably wore the XL size of this item. If I needed a bulky layer of cold weather gear underneath, I might go with a 2XL. Basically if you're stretching out your T-Shirt, go up a size for sure. If your XL shirt is a tad loose, the same size vest should work fine for you. (pictures show a Large on a guy who normally wears a U.S. size Medium T-Shirt).

Adjustable for a good fit. Weighs between 26 and 31 pounds, depending on size.
