Polish military issue, Desert Camo Plate Carrier Flak Vest with two strike plates. This is a really nice set that is easy to put on a cinch tight without assistance. Well thought vest that allows you to move and fight unencumbered.

Size XXL.
European clothing tends to run a size smaller than the U.S. so consider moving up one size!  That said, I wear a US XL T-Shirt and comfortably wore the XL size of this item. If I needed a bulky layer of cold weather gear underneath, I might go with a 2XL. Basically if you're stretching out your T-Shirt, go up a size for sure. If your XL shirt is a tad loose, the same size vest should work fine for you. (pictures show a Large on a guy who normally wears a U.S. size Medium T-Shirt).

Adjustable for a good fit. Weighs around 26 to 29 pounds, depending on size.
