    Turbular rivet for HK G3, HK33 handguard heat sheild.  There are two of these used on the G3 wide handguard and one used on the HK33/93 wide handguard.

    Without the head the tubular rivet measures 5mm x 18mm.  Overall length with the head is 19mm.
