Swedish AK4 (HKG3) experimental 3 power optical scope with carry handle. Includes a correct Swedish AK4 top rail.
This scope attaches to any weaver or picatinny style rail systems. To mount onto a G3 you would need a top rail that is 7" long.
This clear, high quality optic was made by Zeiss and the housing by Carl Gustav. These prototypes were used for testing trials by the Swedish military. They came with a number of different reticles in 1.5X for the AK5 (FN FNC), and 3X for the AK4 (HKG3).
Weight is 10.7 ounces. Overall length is approx. 10.25" and the distance between the two rail mounts is approx 7". So you need about 7.5 inches of rail to mount this to your G3.
This particular optic is 3x power and will come exactly as pictured. It is in very-good condition, has been tested for proper function and the glass is clear! It has a couple dings along the top rail but nothing that effects function.
We have been told there were only 30 each 3x and 1.5x scopes made for the Swedish AK4 and AK5 trials. All of them were imported to the USA years ago. This may be your last chance to purchase a AK4 or AK5 Swedish Trials Scope.
