Swedish AK5/AK5C (FN FNC) experimental 1.5 power optical scope with carry handle. These attach to Weaver or Picatinny style rail systems.
The clear, high quality optic was made by Zeiss and the housing by Carl Gustav. These prototypes were used for testing trials by the Swedish military. They came with a number of different reticles in 1.5X for the AK5, and 3X for the AK4 (HKG3).
This particular optic is 1.5 power and has the reticle shown in the last image.
Photographs are not crystal clear but the optics are. Functionally these are in excellent condition and in perfect working order. There are handling and storage marks so cosmetically I would rate VG-EX.
These don't come around often. It's not clear how many of these optics were produced but there were not many.
