Brand new German production large buffer screw. Very nice of HK to provide these with a form of self-tightening locktite so you don't have to worry about the screw working lose.
As pictured these are the latest production run of large buffer screws and the best designed. Screw can work with a large flat head screw driver, phillips head and a couple other styles of bits that I do not know the names for.
Also correct for those using buffered steel backplates/stocks on their HK93/33/53.
This screw mounts from inside the stock and secures the buffer which locks the recoil assembly to the buttstock.
