New German HK production pressure washer for larger buffer screw.

These replaced the lock-plate on later HK fixed stocks.

Correct for all fixed stock HK G3, HK91, PTR91 style rifles and also correct for those using buffered steel backplates/stocks on their HK93/33/53.
